THE AJ FOUNDATION
The Alexandrea Jones Foundation was established in 2009, with the mission of
reinforcing positive values and encouraging mothers of at-risk girls...
...to resist social pressures, we strive on creating a fierce adventure of self-esteem building through counseling sessions. Adding a creative yet eye-opening experience for the mothers and daughters, our extensive curriculum offers them a new meaning of self-discovery.

Founded in 2009 by Princess Estella Dior; a loving mother who was forced to defend her daughter’s rights due to an unjust school system, decided to take a stand by inspiring other mothers and young girls to believe in themselves and take control over their lives.
Discovering her mission, Princess launched her first of many programs, Phenomenal Educational Awareness Real Living and Strong (PEARLS).
The PEARLS program provides teen girls a sense of establishing leadership and empowerment skills throughout a six-week time frame. During the six-week program of PEARLS, all of the participants will be provided with workshops that provide career development, mentoring, experiential learning opportunities, financial literacy initiatives and community service projects. Preteens and teens alike will set and achieve the goals of rebuilding their self-esteem, discovering acclimated achievement and prepare for their new lives as entrepreneurs and change-makers of the world.

In 2012, AJF began seeking more opportunities for young ladies worldwide by transforming into a public charity that honors Alexandrea Jones. On their new mission to inspire and change lives, AJF is seeking to create a larger “Sisterhood” among girls and young women by providing them with resources through partnering community organizations that recognize the social effects on girls and young women.
Each of these partnering organizations shall share the initiative to enhance the lives of girls and young women by helping them to pursue their dreams. Through community activism, dance, film making, leadership, sports, writing, or becoming a young entrepreneur, each of these PEARLS will be redirecting their lives by creating new paths for their futures.

P.E.A.R.L.S.
The PEARLS program provides teen girls a sense of establishing leadership
and empowerment skills throughout a six-week time frame.
Despite many obstacles, such as teenage pregnancy, incarceration, molestation, and domestic abuse, Princess Estella Dior has accomplished a great deal in her life and has always maintained a passion for empowering women and young girls.
With over 10 years experience in motivational speaking and numerous years of life experiences, Princess Estella Dior has helped to tackle real life issues. Each one of these issues helped her to discover who she really is.
By overcoming sexual abuse, drug abuse, low self-esteem and other barriers that stood in her way, she found that she resemebled an oyster with a beautiful pearl on the inside.

Feeling the need to take a stand and help others, Princess Estella Dior took to doing what she knew best, telling her life story.

Through motivational speaking and presenting workshops to young girls and women, she quickly developed P.E.A.R.L.S. (Phenomenal Educational Aware Real Living And Strong). A six week program that was designed for the future generation of women who are seeking guidance within their lives. This program breaks down your past and helps to build your future by encouraging young girls and women to become who they are and what they want to be.

Princess Estella Dior knew that if she could become an MC, host, Spoken Word Poet, Author and Success Coach, then there should be nothing stopping other women. Now featured in numerous news articles, radio shows and magazines; including Ebony and Essence, Princess Estella Dior knew that she could help others. Being a survivor herself, her blessings came when she met one person that gave her the opportunity to know exactly what she wanted to do with her life; Lorna Owens. Speaking on her show and for Women Gather, Princess Estella Dior became an aspiring author and she felt that she could now conquer all other fears and become a successful woman.

Princess Estella Dior feels in life we all have struggles, downfalls and barriers that try to prevent us from our destiny, but she challenges you today to make a conscious decision to get up & not give in. Despite all she has been through and will continue to go through, her trials and the Holy Spirit has given her the wisdom knowledge and understanding to pull another woman out and through the fire.

Some often ask Princess Estella Dior why PEARLS? Simply replying to all, "Where does a pearl come from? An oyster think about it, when that oyster is in the bottom of that ocean, dirty all type of things tied around it. It seems hopeless right? But when that helper comes to catch that oyster and cleans it up and opens it, WOW how it shines."
